The Good Food Store Presents Evening with a Naturalist: Robert Michael Pyle at MNHC

We are bringing four big names to MNHC this year and offering an exclusive, dynamic evening with these experts.  Annie Garde of MTPR’s Pea Green Boat will be interviewing Robert Michael Pyle. The $60 ticket also includes drinks provided by the Dram Shop, light appetizers provided by the Good Food Store, and an opportunity to meet a famous naturalist.

Robert Michael Pyle is the founder of the Xerces Society, renowned writer, and lepidopterist. The Xerces Society focuses on the conservation of invertebrates and Robert Pyle is known especially for his work and writings on butterflies. He has taught writing and natural history for many colleges and institutes. His work includes numerous books, essays for Orion magazine, and papers. For this he has been awarded a Guggenheim fellowship, the Washington State Book Award, and the John Burroughs Medal for Distinguished Nature Writing.
