Montana Master Naturalist Program
The focus of the Montana Master Naturalist Program is to increase natural history knowledge and promote awareness, understanding, and stewardship of Montana’s natural environment by developing a corps of well-informed citizens dedicated to conservation education and service within their communities.
In 2025 Montana Master Naturalists contributed 6,507 hours of volunteer work!

Master Naturalist Rendezvous
Join us Saturday, May 31st, for a day of fun and learning with other Master Naturalists in the South Hills of Helena with the Montana Discovery Foundation! The focus of this field day is fire ecology and plant succession after a burn, with a picnic lunch included. 10 a.m.-4 p.m. $35. Register here.
