Geologist Bruce Baty will present an illustrated lecture describing and identifying stream features that are visible in our everyday lives and all around us. Learn how to discern ancient stream and river beds, alluvial fans, and terraces throughout our valley. Understand the processes behind the seasonal change in your favorite wild river access point or beach. Sit back, relax, eat lunch, and learn!
