Unseen Missoula: Secrets of the Clark Fork River

MNHC is partnering with Downtown Missoula to offer this new walking tour, highlighting the natural and cultural history of the Clark Fork River. Visitors participate in a guided walk that begins at the Montana Natural History Center and explores the often-overlooked features and untold stories associated with Missoula’s riverfront. Group leaders will offer meaningful interpretations that present opportunities for participants to make personal connections to natural and cultural resources. The tour highlights ways that community-driven conservation and stewardship preserve our natural and cultural resources.

Cost: $12

Guides include Unseen Missoula guide Leif Frederickson, MNHC teaching naturalists Ser Anderson and Elena Ulev, and MNHC community programs coordinator Christine Morris.
