February 20 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm$25 – $30
Spend an enjoyable evening learning how to develop your skills in graphite drawing. Artist Jenah Mead will demonstrate her drawing process, moving from a gesture and shapes to more confident lines, to values, to details. Choose your subject from a wide array of bird-related natural objects–bird specimens, eggs, and nests. Jenah will provide individual support in approaching texture and subjects.
All materials, two glasses of wine, beer, or soda, and light refreshments are included in the program. So sit back, sip a beverage, and draw!

“As an artist, discovering our place through art makes intuitive sense to me. Art requires us to really see the subject of our work, pouring over every little detail. Art requires us to understand our subject and try to capture its spirit. It requires us to feel something and reflect that feeling in the finished piece.”
Registration is required. Tickets will be available February 1st. Register here.
