School’s Out Camp | Winter Exploration Extravaganza
February 10 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm$45 – $50
Throughout the year there are a few days that schools across Missoula close for teacher development programs, spring break, or other events. The Montana Natural History Center hosts School’s Out Day Camps on many of these dates to give kids a fun, safe place to explore and learn while school is out of session and their parents are at work. Leave your kids with us for an exciting day full of exploration, discovery, hands-on activities, field trips, and more! Learn More
Date: Monday, February 10th
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Join MNHC naturalists as we learn all about the great things you can explore outdoors in winter! We will bundle up and will take a field trip to a local natural area, where we’ll learn about tracking, explore winter ecology and wildlife, learn about fire safety, and more! And we’ll warm up with s’mores around the campfire before we head home.
Cost: $50, $45 for MNHC members
Ages: 7 – 11
