Wild Gift Workshop: Nature Illustration

Spend the afternoon making a special gift during our Wild Gift Workshop. This year we will be teaching you the basics of nature illustration so you can create a life-like drawing with watercolor detail. Starting with a drawing warm-up and following with quick sketching exercises will get your hand and eye ready to observe and draw. Then you will be able to work from a specimen to make the outline and details in pencil and pen. Use watercolor to add in the colors and shadows. Do your art for fun, for a card, or even a piece worthy of framing.
