Naturalist Field Day: Medicinal Plants
August 18 @ 9:00 am - 4:30 pm$70 - $80
Medicinal Plants with Elaine Sheff
Spend the day learning about and foraging for wild medicinal plants. Elaine Sheff of the Green Path Herb School will discuss how to use the plants we find and how to ethically collect plants on your own. Discover a medicine cabinet outside your door and gain a greater knowledge of many of the plants we pass by each day. Connect to the earth and your body as you nourish heath.
We will meet in the morning at the Montana Natural History Center and take our bus to the field site.
Elaine Sheff is a clinical herbalist and the author of several books on herbal medicine and healing, and has been passionate about sharing herbal knowledge for over 25 years. Elaine is the Co-Director of Green Path Herb School, located in Missoula, where she strives to inspire and empower students and clients to remember their connection to the earth, the plants, and their own healing process.
